About

Our association was founded in Bucharest by law school students to defend and implement women's rights in Romania and around the world. Our friends who are members of our association from different locations and universities of Romania come to our every activity and help us to implement these activities.

Our association, which was founded based on the discourse "Women's rights are human rights" that emerged at the United Nations (UN) World Conference on Human Rights in Vienna, works at local, national, regional and international levels to support the aims of ensuring the full implementation of women's rights and women's participation in all areas of life as free individuals and equal citizens.

In general, we work in the field of law. We believe that many problems in the world will be solved automatically as long as the world rules are based on the rules of law and everyone obeys the rules of law. For this reason, we are working to provide real law. Violation of women's rights, especially all over the world, is a point that makes us unhappy. For this reason, we aim to draw attention to this issue in the international arena by implementing the Erasmus Plus projects.

Our mission is to promote human rights awareness at all levels—local, national, regional, and international—while raising awareness about women's and children's rights. We aim to actively contribute to equal participation for women in all spheres of life, enabling their empowerment and reinforcing their roles as active members of society.

Our vision is a world where relations of domination, particularly those rooted in the patriarchal system, are eradicated. We envision a world where every individual, regardless of gender, enjoys the same rights, opportunities, and protection under the law.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.

Our Mission

Our association is dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights of women and children, working toward the elimination of violence and gender-based discrimination, and ensuring access to justice and equality. One of our core objectives is to combat all forms of violence against women and ensure they have access to Family Law, protecting their legal status and securing justice in cases of violence. We focus on raising awareness and educating women about their rights, empowering them to become active participants in social change and advocacy for gender equality.

We also prioritize capacity building by providing training and resources to individuals and organizations working in the field of women’s rights. Our goal is to enhance their knowledge and skills, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively advocate for women’s rights and gender equality. By fostering solidarity networks at the international, national, and local levels, we aim to promote an egalitarian, anti-discriminatory approach, uniting people and institutions committed to gender equality and women’s rights.

Our association is committed to creating and disseminating feminist resources that support organizing efforts and combat gender-based discrimination. We work on establishing an effective legal framework to protect women's rights, ensuring that victims of violence and injustice can access the support and justice they deserve. Through voluntary activities and projects, we continue to raise awareness about women's and children's rights, mobilizing communities to act in support of these causes.

We also focus on expanding our organizational capacity, recruiting new members such as lawyers, psychologists, social workers, doctors, and administrative staff to strengthen our mission. Additionally, we aim to empower women economically, providing support to help them gain financial independence through education and career opportunities. We assist women and children, especially single mothers, in accessing scholarships to improve their educational and professional prospects. By actively collaborating with public institutions, universities, hospitals, and other NGOs, we amplify our impact and strengthen our work on women's issues both nationally and internationally.

Lastly, we engage in raising awareness through various media outlets, producing and participating in publications, articles, newsletters, books, magazines, and broadcasts to spread knowledge about women’s rights and gender equality. Through all these efforts, our association is determined to make a lasting impact on the lives of women and children, ensuring their rights are respected and upheld.
