Advertisements Change, Society Change (2022-3-TR01-KA153-YOU-000097231)

This project was successfully implemented in Mersin from October 10-15, 2023, with the participation of 36 youth workers from Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, and Turkey. The project aimed to critically examine gender roles and stereotypes in advertisements, highlighting how media representations shape societal perceptions of women and men. Through activities such as historical ad analysis, gender-focused panels, and international ad comparisons, participants explored the evolution of gender portrayals and gained awareness of the commodification of women in media. By fostering intercultural dialogue, encouraging non-formal learning, and promoting gender equality, the project empowered young people to challenge stereotypes and advocate for a more inclusive and equitable society.

Humanity is no Borders (2023-2-TR01-KA152-YOU-000167854)

This project was successfully carried out in Turkey from October 22-29, 2024, with the participation of 36 young people from Romania, Georgia, France, Estonia, Czechia, and Turkey. Throughout the project, participants engaged in various cultural activities, academic studies, and interactive workshops to better understand the challenges faced by refugee women. By fostering intercultural exchange and encouraging empathy, the project aimed to break down prejudices and raise awareness about gender-based discrimination and refugee rights. Through discussions on international policies, personal stories, and hands-on learning, participants developed a deeper understanding of the legal, social, and psychological struggles of refugee women. The project not only strengthened participants’ awareness and advocacy skills but also promoted solidarity, inclusivity, and a more humane approach to refugee issues.

Working Women’s struggle with stress (2023-2-TR01-KA153-YOU-000167767)

This project was successfully conducted in Eskisehir, Turkey, from November 15-19, 2023, with the participation of 48 youth workers from Turkey, Romania, Portugal, Latvia, Czechia, and Hungary. The project aimed to address the challenges faced by women experiencing mobbing in the workplace and to explore yoga as a tool for stress management. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and yoga sessions, participants gained awareness of workplace stress factors, mobbing, and coping mechanisms. The project also promoted gender equality, personal well-being, and community awareness on the importance of mental resilience in professional life. By fostering intercultural exchange and supporting youth workers in developing both their native and foreign language skills, the project contributed to the broader goals of the Erasmus+ program, increasing its visibility at both local and international levels.

Celebrate the Diversity (2023-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000121007)

This project was successfully conducted in Alcobendas, Spain, from August 23-29, 2023. With the participation of 36 young people from Spain, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Turkey, the project aimed to shed light on the discrimination faced by Romani communities across Europe. Through interactive discussions, workshops, and cultural exchange activities, participants explored the history, struggles, and contributions of Romani people, addressing issues such as poverty, statelessness, and social exclusion.

By fostering empathy and awareness, the project encouraged participants to challenge prejudices and advocate for equality. It also sought to influence decision-makers, public institutions, and NGOs to take action for better education, employment, and social protection for Romani individuals. Additionally, the project promoted the Erasmus+ program, ensuring greater visibility and inspiring young people to engage in future initiatives for social change.

He for She (2023-1-EE01-KA152-YOU-000113609)

Our partner project was successfully carried out in Estonia, fostering meaningful discussions and initiatives to address gender-based disparities. Through interactive workshops, group discussions, and awareness-raising activities, participants explored key issues related to gender roles, discrimination, and strategies for promoting equality in various aspects of life, from professional environments to social settings.

With an emphasis on inclusion, we ensured the participation of individuals with fewer opportunities, strengthening the principles of equal access and representation. Participants also gained valuable insights into the Erasmus+ Program and the Youthpass Certificate, further enhancing their knowledge of international collaboration and social responsibility.

Venus is under the linguistic blocked! ( 2023-1-FR02-KA153-YOU-000120969)

This project has successfully concluded, leaving a lasting impact on participants and raising awareness about the role of language in shaping gender perceptions. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and research, we highlighted how sexist expressions contribute to inequality and worked towards promoting neutral language as a tool for social change. With the participation of 42 youth workers from six different countries, we fostered intercultural dialogue and developed strategies to eliminate gender-biased discourse in various environments, including workplaces and media. By engaging participants in activities such as the Neutral Dictionary, Paper Dreams Workshop, and If Language Changes, Society Changes Debate, we encouraged self-reflection and critical thinking about linguistic biases. As a result, the project not only empowered individuals to challenge sexist language but also inspired them to take active roles in advocating for gender equality in their communities.

Queen bees are in career war (2024-1-LV02-KA153-YOU-000227586)

This project, held in Riga from September 22 to September 30, 2024, successfully brought together participants from Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Romania, and Turkey to address gender inequalities in professional and social spheres. Through interactive discussions, workshops, and collaborative activities, we challenged traditional stereotypes, emphasized the importance of equal responsibility in family and work life, and promoted policies for gender equality in leadership roles. Participants explored entrepreneurship, career development, and the impact of gender pay inequality, while also engaging in intercultural exchanges that fostered mutual understanding and respect. By strengthening ties with NGOs and policy-making institutions, our project contributed to long-term social change, encouraging both women and men to advocate for a more inclusive and fair society.

Unity Beyond Borders (2024-1-AT01-KA152-YOU-000198325)

This project, held in Austria from December 1 to December 8, 2024, successfully brought together participants from Austria, Estonia, Romania, Spain, and Turkey to address the unique challenges faced by refugee women. Through interactive discussions, cultural exchanges, and awareness-raising activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of the gender-specific struggles that refugee women encounter, including discrimination, violence, and economic hardships. The project fostered empathy, cultural appreciation, and advocacy skills, equipping young participants to challenge stereotypes and promote gender equality. By uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds, we strengthened the dialogue on refugee rights, inclusion, and equality of opportunity, taking an important step toward a more informed and compassionate society.
