The EU's largest education, training and youth programme

Next Level Women's Rights Centre

Why Erasmus+?

It is the European Union program that aims to modernize and internationalize education, vocational training and youth work.

For people, it offers the opportunity to develop their skills in all three components (knowledge, skills, attitudes) as well as to exchange experiences with people with similar interests from other countries.

For organizations, it provides financial support with the aim of developing their managerial capacity to better respond to the needs of the beneficiaries they serve and the communities they support through international projects.

Project types

Within Erasmus+, three types of projects (mobility, strategic partnership and structured dialogue for youth) can be supported through the National Agencies.

Mobility projects

All five areas are targeted: adult education, school education, vocational training, youth and university, representing those institutional projects through which activities involving partners from several countries (trans-national) are carried out.

The program of a mobility project differs from one field to another and, depending on it, may include training courses, placements, teaching activities, study or volunteering internships, youth exchanges, job-shadowing activities.

All details can be accessed on the official website of the Program www.erasmusplus.ro
